Lance Gibbs, the President, has over 20 years of experience in the building industry. Lance understands windows and doors, but also has experience and knowledge with construction for both residential and commercial buildings. Builders like working with him because of his knowledge and straight forward way of doing business. Our customers love him because he gets the job done and has fun doing it.
Sheri Jones, our outside sales representative, is the newest member of our team. Her knowledge of window and door products comes from 12 years of experience in the industry, both in sales and installation. Her education in engineering gives her clients and their projects the detailed orientation they deserve and she loves to say, “Sure, you can have that, and here’s how”. Her enthusiasm to provide every potential customer with what they need to make lifetime decisions, to be happy and satisfied about their choices, is her key to opening doors for every client who may or may not be, “just window shopping for now”.
Elizabeth Groner, our inside sales representative, is the friendly face you see first when you enter our showroom. She works with our retail customers, giving you the individual time and attention you need. Before joining the Riverside team, Elizabeth co-owned a residential remodeling business where she earned a reputation for excellent customer service. She has experience in both the details of construction and the aesthetics of interior design. She will work enthusiastically with both clients and architects to find exactly the right products to assure our clients’ windows, doors and staircases enhance both the livability and curb appeal of their house.
Christy Little is our Warehouse Manager and the friendly face you see when your product is delivered. Christy manages our warehouse like a professional, having worked for many years handling heavy duty equipment. She personally inspects each order for accuracy and oversees inventory. She then makes sure that your order is handled with care and delivered on time.
Dan Hunter, our part-time Inside Sales Representative, focuses primarily on our retail customers. Dan came to Riverside after working in residential stair systems and custom cabinetry. Dan’s degree in industrial design and his previous carpentry experience make him well qualified to advise you on any project you have in mind. Always an advocate for sustainable building practices, Dan can help you find a green solution that’s just your style.
Irene Dumas, the Office Manager, provides support for the rest of the team. Irene brings over 35 years of experience to her position. In addition to her technical skills, Irene has also been involved in real estate and building projects. She is sensitive to the many aspects of home building and remodeling. When Irene answers the phone, you can be sure you are her number one priority.
Holly Gibbs, Vice President, does the IT support and works with Irene on public relations and charity event participation. She has a B.S. in Business-MIS and a M.S. in Information Technology. She works full time at HP.
