Lance Gibbs, the President, has over 20 years of experience in the building industry. Lance understands windows and doors, but also has experience and knowledge with construction for both residential and commercial buildings. Builders like working with him because of his knowledge and straight forward way of doing business. Our customers love him because he gets the job done and has fun doing it.
Elizabeth Groner, our Inside Sales Manager, is the friendly face you see first when you enter our showroom. She works with customers giving them the individual time and attention they need. Before joining the Riverside team in 2007, Elizabeth co-owned a residential remodeling business where she earned a reputation for excellent customer service. She will work enthusiastically to make sure your windows and doors enhance both the livability and curb appeal of your home. Riverside is also proud to announce that Elizabeth was recently honored for 15 years with the service group Altrusa.
Christy Little has been a familiar face at Riverside since 2005, and has now taken on new responsibilities by becoming part of our sales team. Christy, being our Warehouse Manager is knowledgeable with Riverside’s service and products, and has established a reputation for straight talk that our contractors have come to trust. Christy is now helping both contractors and retail customers find just the right product for their latest project.
Heidie Jones joined our team in 2009 as Administrative Assistant and has now stepped into the position of Office Manager. Heidie’s extensive business background in Real Estate gives her a real edge in the support and assistance to the rest of our team. When she is not busy with Riverside, you will find Heidie involved with various community projects or tirelessly working in her amazing garden.
Sergio Formiga joined Riverside in 2008 to assist with deliveries and special projects. His background in construction and experience in many trades is a bonus. Sergio has assumed responsibility for keeping our warehouse fully stocked with the trim and accessories needed to complete any projects you or your contractor have in mind.
Dan Hunter provides web support and assistance. Dan came to Riverside after working in residential stair systems and custom cabinetry. Even though he can only help us part time, he is an important member of our team.
